Spacious suites ideal for family stays.

The experience was downright frustrating! First of all, the kitchenette lacked basic essentials like cutlery and a coffee maker! To make matters worse, the parking situation was outrageous. Why was I being ticketed in an empty lot when P10 was available? Carrying luggage from a distant area was a hassle, especially for my elderly mother. The mattresses were intolerably uncomfortable, and as for the shower, the low height of the shower head made it utterly inconvenient. I expected better!

The rooms were very comfortable and exceptionally well priced for the suite we stayed in. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpfull. It was close to the sports facilities where we played.

Great value for spacious family accommodations

The staff were accommodating when we requested extra pillows and toiletries. The parking situation could be improved, as we had to park further away than expected despite having an empty lot available.

The room was stale smelling when we arrived. We would have liked yogourt to be available during breakfast and a better variety of fruit.

the hotel with reasonably large rooms, in a very very nice area, to the restaurant. separate room with microwave as well as open windows. particularly good location, 15 minutes' walk to royal botanical gardens.

It was a balanced option for a weekend jaunt in Hamilton, offering great value. The receptionist was friendly and helpful during check-in. Bring your own kitchen supplies for extra convenience.

We only slept there and spent our time with friends in Hamilton.

Good home base for discovering Hamilton. Airy, quiet room with a private bathroom and a shower and fresh towels. Marvellous and fantastic location in Hamilton next to the waterfalls in town, a highway and the college.

Beds were a bit hard.

The two-bedroom suite offered plenty of room for our family. I appreciated the kitchenette that allowed us to prepare some meals . The staff were very accommodating and quickly provided us with extra pillows. The on-site gym was a nice touch for those who want to stay active. The staff were eager to assist with our needs.

The rooms and hallways did not have a clean clean feel, but I am a cleaner. I would recommend to persons on a budget, but not if the person could .afford better

There was not much variety in the continental breakfast

This place suits me perfectly! It offers free Wi-Fi, free parking, and 24-hour security. The staff were helpful when I had an insect bite on my first stay. I highly recommend it for a city trip.

Cheap price

Was not aware tghat this was a college dorm. Kept driving by looking for it and found that it was a college dorm. No where in th ebrochure did it say that it was not a hotel. Thought it was very misleading. Ended up being ok, but husband and I had to sleep in different rooms and beds. Would not stay there again!
